By using the store, you accept these rules:

1. Registration
Our transactions are completely secure thanks to the paypal service. You can pay by prepayment to the account: by bank transfer or by credit card, you can also pay the amount when you receive the ordered goods. By registering at , the customer will be asked to provide their personal data by completing the form. An email address is required during registration. We send a return email asking you to confirm your registration.

2. Personal data protection
2.1. Personal data and address details provided during registration are stored in the database and will be processed and used only to fulfill orders and maintain contact with customers. The data collected during the registration process includes: name, surname, e-mail address, postal address and contact telephone number.

2.2. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883). The customer of the store consents to the processing of his personal data only for the needs of the orders placed. The customer has the right to inspect and modify personal data contained in the Store’s database. Data modification can be done after logging in to the user’s account options in the “My Account” tab.

2.3. The store may conduct joint marketing campaigns with various partner companies, but never discloses its clients’ personal data to third parties.

3. Ordering rules
3.1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 10-18. The prices of all goods presented in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) expressed in Polish zlotys. To receive a VAT invoice, you must provide your company details and inform about this when ordering.
3.2. The basic condition for completing the order is the correct completion and submission of the form provided by the customer during the registration or ordering procedure. The customer is required to provide the e-mail address in the order form to which the order confirmation will be sent.
3.3. The order will not be accepted for implementation if incomplete or incomplete data is provided in the form. If they cannot be corrected, they will not be implemented.

4. Order processing
4.1. Currently, there are three payment methods available for the order: by credit card, bank transfer – whose number will come in the e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order for execution, or on delivery. Orders are placed electronically on the store’s website . Delivery of ordered products is carried out throughout Poland via a courier company.
4.2. The term of the contract is from 1-3 business days. This deadline may be extended if there is a temporary lack of the ordered model / color in our warehouse. In this case, the delivery date will be suggested by us by phone. The customer may then cancel the order.

5. Returns, complaints, exchange
5.1. The customer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving reasons, by submitting a relevant statement in writing, within 14 days of the contract. To do this, please contact electronically. The return document must be printed and completed. The return should take place immediately, not later than within 14 days. The goods should be returned in the condition in which they were purchased, without signs of use in the original packaging along with a receipt or VAT invoice (if the invoice was issued). and a completed return form. The buyer will receive a refund of the amount of the purchase of the goods to the indicated bank account. The return of goods takes place at the expense of the Ordering Party. The 14-day period within which the consumer may withdraw from the contract is counted from the date of delivery. We guarantee the return of the value of the goods without shipping costs according to the full transport rates actually incurred by

5.2. Exchange:
5.2.1. Goods can be exchanged for the same, but in a different size or a completely different model. In this case, please contact us at . The condition is returning the unused product to us in the original packaging together with the receipt. The buyer covers the cost of the return exchange.

5.3. Complaint:

5.3.2. The complaint will be considered within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. We respond to complaints only in writing – by letter within the statutory period. All returns and shipments sent at the expense of will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed.

The Regulations of the Online Store specify the rules for placing orders and selling goods, using the store means acceptance of the provisions of the above-mentioned Regulations.
